Light- Heat-Blocking Glass Plate
A new glass plate using ordinary glass might be useful for conserving air-conditioning energy in office and commercial buildings, fastfoods and diners. The picture below is a computer simulation and comparison of a blocked light on the new glass plate, on an ordinary glass plate, and an unblocked light. Glass manufacturers might be interested to use the idea. The new glass plate plate can be designed to block 20-80% of the light and heat from outside while still allowing a see-thru view to the outside.
